Eric Cobbs, A.I.A., NCARB, Vice President

As Vice President of Design Services for Griffco Design/Build, Eric works closely with the client team as well as the Griffco Program Manager to ensure a smooth project from conception to completion. He is an experienced registered Architect with over 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction. Working at several design-build construction firms as well as design-only firms, Eric has extensive planning and design experience including food, cold storage warehousing, distribution and commercial facilities.

HEB Central RX Fill facility, San Antonio, TX

38,000 SF renovation to add additional fill capacity.

 

HEB Grocery Bakery/ Tortilla facility, Corpus Christi, TX

11,000 SF Addition two story office/ breakroom / lockers.

 

Cargill - ASRS addition, Sydney, OH

75,000 SF fully automated 103’ tall rack-supported refrigerated storage facility utilizing robotic cranes, conveyors and monorail. This storage facility supported the adjacent soy bean oil processing facility.

 

Springfield Grocer, Springfield, MO

53,000 SF freezer and dry expansion

 

The Kroger Company, Roanoke, VA

40,000 SF perishable foods addition and dry expansion w/ two story office addition.

 

Piggly Wiggly Carolina, Charleston, SC

593,000 SF Greenfield dry grocery and frozen foods facility

 

Goldkist processing facility, Boaz, AL

35,000 SF chicken processing expansion including cooking line and spiral freezers.

 

Noreast Fresh, Inc., Chelsea, MA
