Phillip Dinsmore Named 2025 Jamie Smith Superintendent of the Year
Griffco Design/Build is proud to announce Phillip Dinsmore as the recipient of the 2025 Jamie Smith Superintendent of the Year Award. This award recognizes an outstanding superintendent whose leadership, commitment to safety, and dedication to quality exemplify the values that defined Jamie Smith’s legacy.
Phillip has been a valued member of the Griffco team since 2018 and has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead from the field. Known for his steady presence, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Phillip plays a critical role in delivering successful projects while upholding the highest standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The Jamie Smith Superintendent of the Year Award holds special meaning at Griffco. Jamie Smith was one of the company’s first employees, joining Griffco in 2008, and quickly became known as a leader, mentor, and friend to many. After Jamie’s passing from pancreatic cancer in 2019, the award was established to honor his lasting impact on the company and to recognize superintendents who carry forward his values through their work.
