Griffco Completes Largest Self Storage Project to Date in Hilton Head, SC

Griffco is excited to share a major milestone: the completion of our largest self-storage project to date. Located just outside of Hilton Head, this 195,900-square-foot facility sets a new benchmark in our portfolio, both in scale and capacity. It’s a proud achievement that reflects the hard work of our team and our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions for clients across the region.

This state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet a wide range of storage needs, offering both personal and commercial users flexible, reliable options. It features a 185,400-square-foot climate-controlled building, ideal for storing sensitive items like furniture, electronics, and documents, as well as an 11,100-square-foot non-conditioned building for standard storage needs. Together, the facility houses 1,186 storage units, thoughtfully configured to provide the right balance of size and access for every customer.
