Scott Griffin, President

Scott Griffin is the President and Founder of Griffco Design/Build Inc. (Griffco).  Over the past twenty (20) years Scott has been responsible for the planning, design and construction of over 10,000,000 square feet of food distribution facilities including grocery, food service, manufacturing and public refrigerated warehouses.  As President, Scott's role in the company is to provide overall direction and and ensure the company remains aligned with the client's goals and objectives.

  • Planning, design and construction of a 40,000 square feet freezer

  • Convert an existing freezer to additional cooler space and expand its dry grocery warehouse by 13,000 square feet

Tip Top Poultry - Rockmart, GA
  • Planning, engineering and construction of  three (3) new blast cells in its existing freezer adding 20,000 square feet of new -10°F freezer, new 40°F and 65°F coolers, and 14,000 square feet of new dry warehouse and maintenance area

Americold Logistics - Albertville, AL
  • Planning, design and construction of 90,000 square feet freezer expansion including seven (7) blast cells

Atlas Cold Storage - McDonough, GA
  • Planning, design and construction of 86,000 square feet -10°F Freezer and 35°F dock expansion

Frozen Foods Express - Lithonia, GA
  • Site location and evaluation, planning, design and construction of 58,000 square feet Greenfield Distribution Center.  Included -10°F freezer/cooler, shipping docks and associates operations offices

Giant Food Stores, Inc. - Carlisle, PA
  • Planning, design and construction of 167,000 square feet Perishables warehouse expansion and renovation. Included produce, meat, dairy/deli and seafood

The Kroger Co. - Shelbyville, IN
  • Planning, design and construction of 285,000 square feet Greenfield perishable and frozen distribution facility

  • Planning, design and construction of 593,000 square feet Greenfield dry grocery and frozen foods facility
