We are honored to announce that Griffco Design/Build is the winner of the 2022 Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA) Built By The Best Award. Griffco was selected for our design and construction services for Americold Logistics Gateway Phase I ASRS Freezer project in Atlanta, Georgia.
This 200,000 SF brownfield automated building includes a 150′-tall, -10-degree ASRS, -10-degree low-bay freezer, 35-degree truck and rail dock, and a 2-story office building. Griffco was selected as the winner of this award for the Americold Gateway project’s complexity, innovation, project management, sustainability and contribution to larger society.
