Griffco is finishing construction on the Move It Storage RGV Expansion, a six-site development across existing Class A facilities in the Rio Grande Valley. The project adds 33 buildings, 10 climate-controlled and 23 ambient, totaling more than 205,000 square feet and 1,123 new units in high-growth South Texas markets.
Three sites in Mission will account for over 98,000 square feet across 10 buildings, while expansions in Alamo, San Juan, and Donna will add approximately 107,000 square feet across 23 buildings. Careful phasing and coordination are ensuring minimal disruption at these active facilities as Griffco supports Move It Storage’s continued regional growth.
