| This project involved the construction of five new buildings on an existing self-storage site in the growing community of Stanley, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. The development includes one two-story climate-controlled storage building and four single-story drive-up storage buildings, two of which are also climate-controlled, totaling 56,700 square feet of additional storage space and 359 storage units. The project also included the new construction and re-paving of 60+ RV parking spots. |
