A&D Foods Freezer Expansion

The project included a 58,333 SF freezer expansion featuring four new dock positions, glycol lines run under the mud slab and is 47′ tall. As well as, an addition of a 2-story, 4,000 SF office space. Both buildings are insulated metal panel buildings with 6″ walls in the freezer space and 4″ walls in the dock and office space. The team overcame many challenges throughout the project including receiving over 2 1/2 feet of rain in the months of November and December ’22!
