Refrigerated Distribution Center

This project for a leading regional grocery chain was a 3-phase, 272,000 SF expansion and renovation to their existing Perishables Warehouse and Distribution Center. Phase 1 included a 170,000 SF expansion to the existing facility. During Phase 2, the Griffco team removed racking and replace the concrete floors while the client remained operational. Phase 3 was a 102,000SF expansion to the perishables warehouse. The project also included a 6,150 SF single-bay automatic trailer wash, including 3 tractor wash bays.
