Griffco Design/Build has partnered with Colorado Cold Connect, TPA Group, and Highland Cold to deliver a 150,000 SF state-of-the-art cold storage food distribution facility in Fort Morgan, CO — Griffco’s farthest west project to date.
Phase I of the Greenfield development includes 74,000 SF of freezer space, 30,000 SF of cool dock, 16,000 SF of perishable cooler, 22,000 SF of dry storage, and additional office and welfare areas. Strategically located off I-76, the facility will enhance food distribution across the region while creating more than 100 new jobs in construction, logistics, and operations.
