The Griffco team converted this 268,565 SF industrial facility into a refrigerated facility that includes 53,304 SF of 34° cold dock, 71,616 SF of -10° freezer space and 72,570 SF of cooler space. The convertible facility is controlled by an Ammonia Refrigeration system, starting from the 70,000 lb Engine Room that was delivered from states away.
