This project is an 81,400 SF, 53-foot-tall cold storage expansion for Brookshire’s Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas. The project includes a freezer expansion, new truck dock, maintenance area, and two-story office/welfare space, as well as the conversion of an existing freezer to a cooler for added flexibility.
